This new organic prosecco is the natural result of the Bortolomiol family's production philosophy, which is always concerned with sustainable and environmentally friendly viticulture. This prosecco comes from controlled organic farming.

Tasting note
Deep, powerful bouquet with subtle fruit and floral notes. On the palate, there are fine mineral notes, subtle hints of acacia honey and almond blossoms. The finish is pleasantly long, refreshing and powerful.

Vinification
During the harvest period, two days are devoted entirely to harvesting these grapes to ensure absolute control over the quality values and optimal ripeness. Subsequent fermentation using the Charmat or Martinotti method for 3 months.
