Tasting note
On the nose, a great, classically spicy aroma of Grüner Veltliner paired with a bit of hops is beguiling. Wonderful aromas of moist pebbles and mountain herbs develop on the tongue. The finish shows a well-integrated acidity and a juicy phenolic structure, which encourages continued drinking.

Vinification
Intracellular fermentation (macération carbonique). 9 weeks of whole grape maceration, then remaining fermentation aged in used 1200 liter barrel barrels.
