Tasting note
On the nose, violets and stone fruit, warm leather and some vanilla, compote notes come out very easily, which come from the enormous summer heat in the vineyard. Opulent in structure on the palate, yet elegant and delicate in the fruit.
Culinary recommendation
It goes great with polenta — whether cream polenta or bouillon-based, pure or with porcini mushrooms and bacon, this combination always works.
