. Medium-bodied, floral-spicy and, despite fruity notes, rather dry. Plant-floral on the nose with aromas of linden blossom, slightly iodic and smoky-bacon, extremely appetizing, paired with delicate fruity notes of apple, passion fruit to sweet passion fruit. On the palate, umami-rich, salty aromas are reminiscent of soy, i.e. spicy, meaty and at the same time aromatically fruity, accompanied by a balanced, digestible acidity.
