Tasting note
Color: brilliant and long-lasting yellow. Nose: Fragrant and elegant with notes of white peach and candied citrus and perfectly fused notes of oak, a bouquet characterized by finesse and personality. Taste: Size and shape in perfect harmony, the class of Pinot Bianco, the volume of Chardonnay and the sweetness of Picolit are in balance, the spicy finish is dominated by sweet notes that reinforce its amplitude.

Vinification
Vinification: The grapes are carefully destemmed and macerated for a short time. Next, the fruit is crushed until soft. The must obtained is then allowed to settle. The must, which has now been clarified, ferments at a controlled temperature in small French oak barrels, where it matures for around ten months. Ageing: After fermentation, the wine was aged on lees in small oak barrels. The bottled wine was stored in temperature-controlled storage cellars.
