Emiliano Falsini is one of Italy's most successful oenologists. Numerous producers supervised by him regularly receive awards for their wines. What particularly distinguishes his job, however, is the careful consideration of the respective circumstances. The aim is always to achieve maximum quality, but every region, every winemaker and every vineyard requires different measures to achieve this. For its own wines, Emiliano Falsini has selected two growing regions that could not be more contrasting. On the one hand, archaic Sicily, on Etna, where the original Nerello Mascalese variety is the measure of all things. In contrast, there is the Bolgheri region, which represents modern Tuscany and international vineyards serve as the basis for the wines.
