About the wine
The grapes of our Pinot Gris come from old and young vineyards around Alsheim. Deep loess and limestone marl characterize the soils here. This gives the wines an elegant structure and great juiciness.

Tasting note
A Riesling scented with peaches and fresh limes. On the palate, it has a great freshness. Moderate in alcohol. A precise sweet-acid game gives it a wonderful balance of fruit and juiciness.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish, poultry & white meat... and preferably during free time!
Vinification
We determine the perfect harvest time based on the taste and ripeness of the grapes. To optimally extract the aromas from the berry peel, the grapes are gently ground and left in their own juice for a few hours. Pressing is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks over several weeks. Our Pinot Gris is then stored on all the yeast until bottling in spring.
