Tasting note
Golden yellow with amber reflections. On the nose, aromas of apricots, mango, papaya, candied orange peel and dried figs. Seductive on the palate, without obtrusive sweetness and excellent smoothness, perfectly balanced with lively freshness, creamy and long-lasting aromas.

Goes well with desserts, blue cheese, spicy cheese
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and dried in ventilated rooms until December. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in wooden barrels. The wine is then aged in wooden barrels for about 8 months.
