Tasting note
Pale yellow color. Very intense aromas of gooseberries, cassis, passion fruit, honeydew melon, some pome and stone fruit. A complex and fine-meshed structure with perfectly integrated, soft minerality. The long finish is accompanied by a wonderful combination of fruit and minerality, ripe gooseberries and subtle citrus notes.
