Tasting note
On the nose, intense aromas of blackcurrants, dark cherries and fine spicy notes, accompanied by nuances of tobacco and cedarwood. Full and structured on the palate, with fine tannins and a long, complex finish that combines fruity and spicy notes.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled meats, especially lamb or beef steak, and excellent with game dishes and spicy cheese. It also goes well with dark chocolate and hearty, spicy dishes.
