About the wine

The “Mount Hermon Indigo” features ripe red and black fruit characters with attractive notes of earth, smoke and spices. This delicious wine has a good body and a persistent aroma. This wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes, which come from a number of vineyards on the Golan Heights and an additional vineyard in Upper Galilee. The combination of these two classic red vines gives this wine its beautiful indigo color. Because the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation, it can be bottled without sterile filtration. A “Mount Hermon Indigo” bottle is ready to drink immediately after purchase. Dishes such as grilled lamb chop, crispy thin pizza with kalamata olives or reddened mushroom moussaka are suitable for the wine.
