About the wine
The winery was founded by Emanuele Pangrazi in 2006 and, together with the well-known oenologist Marco Casolanetti, he decided to plant international grape varieties such as Carignan, Syrah, Cabernet and Tempranillo in Blera, near Viterbo. His philosophy is to manage the terroir sustainably and to focus on quality over quantity. The winery is certified organic and uses geothermal energy.

Tasting note
Dark ruby red, intense aromas of black berries, spices and a hint of smoke on the nose. Complex on the palate with lots of concentration, luscious body and a long aftertaste.

Vinification
The selected grapes are harvested manually and separately in small containers in mid-September and fermented within one hour at a cool temperature of between 28 and 30°C for 15 days. The wine is then aged for 20 months in new French barrels and a further six months in the bottle.
