You will certainly have a lot of fun with the first-class Gumpoldskirchner Tradition Bio, which was produced in 2017. The landscape of the thermal region can be described with such words as hilly or mountainous. However, the Austrian winery Johanneshof Reinisch is trying to express the beauty of its homeland with this white wine. We think he succeeded!

Tasting note
A lively mix of fruit aromas with nuances of mango and apricot. Vital yet a bit baroque on the palate with pleasantly supportive fruit sweetness.

Goes well with dishes such as cabbage rolls, Japanese mackerel fillet or Jamaican chicken thighs with pineapple salad. Its freshness and complexity make it a versatile partner for modern cuisine.
Vinification
The Zierfandler and Rotgipfler grapes for this wine come from various vineyards, all of which are located in Gumpoldskirchen. The wines are fermented separately and in terms of fruitiness and fine melting. After the blending, we put the wine in the large barrel for four months to harmonize the cuvée.
