About the wine
The traditional winery owned by the Jurtschitsch family cultivates the finest vineyards around the wine town of Langenlois. Respectful work in harmony with nature is paramount. Winemakers Alwin and Stefanie Jurtschitsch have been running the business since 2009. Their aim is to establish the winery for high-quality viticulture from an organic point of view.

Tasting note
Light green-yellow, apple fruit with a hint of citrus fruit complement a fresh, spicy structure and peppery note.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with fried or baked fish, poultry, hearty salads, as well as many vegetable dishes and spicy stews.
Vinification
The grapes were picked by hand and brought unharmed to the press house in stackable crates. This was where the squeezing and gentle pressing took place at low pressure. Without the use of pumps, the must flowed into the 700-year-old natural cellar, where it was slowly fermented in stainless steel tanks.
