Tasting note
Fine herbal seasoning with tropical fruit aromas, delicately scented of anise, a touch of blossom honey. Juicy, elegant, fine minerality, pleasant acid arc. Ripe yellow apple fruit on the palate in the aftertaste. A versatile food companion.

Vinification
At Ortswein Rossatz, the grapes are harvested by hand. They are then squeezed. Fermentation takes place partly spontaneously, partly with pure yeast in stainless steel tanks. During spontaneous fermentation, it can often take a little longer. It usually takes 70 to 90 days. The wine is then stored on fine yeast.
