Tasting note
A black-red cuvée, rich, persistent and fruity. The medium-bodied bouquet of blackberry, cassis and dried plum is accompanied by notes of coffee and smoke. On the palate, the coffee notes intensify, the fruit is also precisely noticeable, plus soft tannins and spicy notes of pepper, licorice and anise. The structure is soft, round and supple.

Vinification
Ein paar Worte zur Vinifikation: Weinlese von Hand. Lange Mazeration unter kontrollierter Temperatur (Kohlensäuremaischung für einen Teil des Grenache). Beginn der Reifung im Tank, wo die malolaktische Gärung stattfindet. Umfüllung in Eichenfässer für 9 Monate. Abstich von Hand, Assemblage mit Kontrolle jedes einzelnen Fasses. Flaschenabfüllung ohne Filtration.
