Tasting note
A beautiful, vibrant shade of red. This Grenache Noir impresses with intense fruity notes on the nose. Strawberry, black cherry and raspberry aromas dominate the palate. And a touch of spice on the back palate. Well balanced with accessible, supple tannins. Enjoy it now or in a few years. As little intervention as possible. After the grapes were macerated, the grapes were cold soaked for up to 48 hours. This was followed once a day to ensure minimal color extraction and a maximum of natural primary grape aromas. No commercially produced yeast, enzymes or other products were added. After fermentation, the wine and grapes were allowed to mature for another month before the wines were removed and placed in older French barrels for maturation.
