About the wine

Bright rose gold, typical of this rare grape variety — the bright, aromatic nose shows both fruity and mineral tones of stone fruit, pineapple, peach and ripe pear. A fine mineral note provides freshness and a contrast to the fruit. On the palate, this white wine is rich, structured and wonderfully lively with exuberant, ripe fruit that is kept in check by lively acidity. This minerality is also evident on the palate, which gives the wine tension, while the subtle tannins from contact with the grape skins provide an unexpected “grip” and a certain depth. The result is a white wine of remarkable balance and aromatic persistence — an extraordinarily exciting premiere of this wine.
