Tasting note
A characterful all-rounder. Light straw yellow, inviting bouquet, extremely fresh with subtle spice and slight mineral notes. The taste is straight and clean, pleasantly dry with clear fruit and good fullness. Harmonious finale.
Culinary recommendation
It goes great with starters such as bruschetta with tomatoes or crostini with truffle cream. When it comes to fish dishes, it goes particularly well with grilled or baked fish, shrimp and seafood. It is also an excellent choice with poultry such as lemon chicken or veal schnitzel. For cheese lovers, it is particularly suitable with mild goat cheese or pecorino fresco. A versatile, elegant wine that wonderfully complements Mediterranean cuisine!
Vinification
The fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 18°C. The wine is then aged for three months on fine yeast, in steel tanks.
