Tasting note
Unfiltered, light flat yellow. Pear and brioche aromas. Fresh, round and pleasantly full-bodied on the palate. This first “low intervention” natural wine from Marta Mila was aged on fine lees for 6 months, is not filtered and was also not baked. The success with the additive-free wines that Marta pressed for Chateaux-Carton prompted her to go one step further. GRANANGULAR is pure nature. The vines of this vegan wine are 40-80 years old, rustic with good growth, they bloom early in spring and are robust against cold and heat. Ageing on fine yeast guarantees stability. Fining is dispensed with.
