Tasting note
Amber-colored with a slight hint of green on the edge, rich taste of burnt orange and walnut, full body with intense nut and caramel aromas and a deliciously sweet, long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with cheese, nuts or dried fruit for dessert. Great with a cigar.
Vinification
As soon as the must has reached the desired sweetness (usually within 48 hours), brandy was added to it (80% must/20% brandy).
