About the wine
Picturesque and enchanting landscapes of the Upper Ebro give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Morca conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. We have a special, provocative grenache from 2016 for you that will inspire many wine connoisseurs. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a dining experience when you serve this grenache with red meat or spicy food.

Tasting note
Ruby-purple in color. Distinctive aroma of spice box, licorice, fresh plums and subtle oak. Rich in velvety tannins. The wine is exceptionally pure and has a long-lasting finish. Very elegant and rich in finesse. Definitely a must for Garnacha lovers!

Vinification
This Gil family winery is located in the Campo de Borja region, is called Bodegas Morca and has set itself the goal of producing top quality garnachas. The working methods of Bodegas El Nido (Clio/El Nido) in Jumilla serve as a model - that means large thinning of the grapes, meticulous sorting after harvesting and only the best wooden barrels from France. The Godina comes from the winery's younger grapes. Harvested by hand. The production process involves 6 to 8 days of maceration. The must is then fermented in stainless steel tanks at 22-26 ºC at a controlled temperature. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for 15 months. Each cask is specially selected for the limited production of this wine. Free from animal products - vegan certified.
