About the wine
Made by Integrale, a dedicated family business from the Treviso region of Italy. With deep respect for the environment and biodiversity, founders Luca and Emanuele dedicate themselves to PIWI grapes — mushroom-resistant varieties that drastically reduce the use of pesticides and are thus sustainably and authentically vinified
Tasting note
Bright ruby red in the glass — fresh, light and unfiltered. On the nose, red fruits such as cherries, strawberries and some blackberries, accompanied by a fine spice. Juicy, lively and uncomplicated on the palate with soft tannins, fresh acidity and a touch of minerality. An easy-to-drink natural wine with a Glouglou factor!
Culinary recommendation
Excellent with classic antipasti, goat cheese or light pasta and meat dishes.
Vinification
During the entire vinification process, fining, filtration and any additives are consistently avoided. The wine remains unembellished and unfiltered, giving it its characteristic turbidity and depth. A short aging on the fine yeast also provides structure, creaminess and complexity on the palate. The bottling is carried out with minimal use of sulfur — directly, honestly and vividly.
