About the wine
Centopassi is the winemaking soul of the Libera Terra cooperative, which cultivates land confiscated by the mafia in Sicily.

Tasting note
Bright ruby red color with light purple reflections. Open and fragrant bouquet of fresh, rich cherries, compact and fruity-sweet. Firm and slightly vegetable-like on the palate, moderately long.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta with meat sauces, grilled red meats and aged cheeses. Its structure and freshness go particularly well with hearty Mediterranean dishes.
Vinification
The Giato Rosso has bright aromas of blackberries, black plums and spicy pepper notes. On the palate, it shows lively acidity, well-integrated tannins and a smooth, persistent finish.
