About the wine
Harvesting is berry by berry. The effect of noble rot (Botrytis cinerea) gives them an almost unlimited aging ability and the wine belongs to the elite of the largest wines in France. The 2001 vintage in Alsace will surprise many.

Tasting note
The color is dense, intense, golden slightly copper-orange with an excellent viscosity Great, rich, complex bouquet, The overripeness of the grapes is very well perceived; a concentrate of grape juice, in which, despite everything, the fineness and harmony of the whole is refined. Aromas of candied fruits, dates, figs, dried banana, plus mango, kumquat, apricot and baked apples, caramel soft, licorice and saffron.
