Tasting note
The Gevrey Chambertin shows an intense ruby red color in the glass. On the nose, notes of black cherry and licorice develop, accompanied by a hint of vanilla. On the palate, full-bodied and round with silky tannins, with aromas of cherry and licorice. The wine impresses with lovely persistence and a fragrant finish. A great classic from the Côte de Nuits.

Vinification
Traditional vinification in open barrels. Malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged for ten to twelve months in large oak barrels (20% new).
