Tasting note
Its very fine, persistent, almost creamy perlage is striking. Its color structure comprises a beautiful straw yellow with intense greenish tones. It is accompanied by a nuanced but distinct scent of ripe fruit, accompanied by delicate notes of white flowers, dried fruit, almond and hazelnuts
Culinary recommendation
Suitable for any aperitif and also as a food companion.
Vinification
The soft taste results from the lower bottle pressure (below 5 atm.). It is only produced in the Brut variety.
