Vinification
The resulting must ferments in small oak barrels for 6 months. The three base wines from the three vineyards are then blended. The Dosage Zéro Noir requires a good eight years (approx. 100 months) in bottle aging, it is not dosed and no shipping dosage is added during disgorgement. A masterpiece!
