About the wine
At the end of the 90s Andrea Arici and his father founded the Azienda Agricola Colline della Stella winery and let it shine in new splendor. The first harvest was harvested in 2002 and since then beautiful sparkling wines have been produced, which, thanks to harmony, elegance and complexity, are among the best dosage zeros in Franciacorta.

Tasting note
This Franciacorta impresses with its bright pink color. Elegant and delicate nose, scent of red fruits and ripe berries. A fine sawn structure with a pronounced body and a great finish make this rosé a top-class Franciacorta.

Vinification
The selected grapes are gently pressed after manual harvesting, then fermented in steel tanks and aged on the lees for six months. The wine is then bottled with the addition of the liqueur de tirage and closed with a chrome cork. The 2nd fermentation thus begins and the wine matures on the lees for 24 months. After disgorging and the addition of the minimum liqueur d'exposition, the wine matures in the bottle for another three months before being released for sale.
