About the wine

The 16th-century building of the Il Mosnel winery bears witness to the long tradition of the Barboglio family. A high vine density per hectare and a low grape yield per vine are criteria that are decisive for the cultivation of the 40 hectares of vineyards on the farm and ensure the best possible quality of the raw material, the grape. After careful tastings, various wines are combined in different proportions in spring and fermented using the traditional faschenfermentation process.
