Franciacorta Bokè Rosè Brut DOCG 2020 - Villa Emozione

This Rosé Franciacorta is a pure Pinot Noir variety. 80% of the red Pinot grapes were pressed like white wine, i.e. without contact with the mash. The remaining 20% fermented with the berry skin for a few hours, which results in the pink color of the wine. The Pinot grape provides the backbone in sparkling wine and a light aroma of ripe berries. The boké has a vife perlage and plenty of structure and depth. It is dry-aged. As a result, it looks refreshing with an aperitif and is a high-quality companion to a light meal. The name Boké refers to a pink, rare and expensive coral species
