Tasting note
Pure Chardonnay from the year 2020, aged to 80% in steel tanks, the rest in barrels. Fresh fruity nose with aromas of candied lemons, crunchy apple, lemon tart, apricot and fine floral scents, clearly underlined with mineral chalk tones and spicy pepper and “pain grillée” notes. On the palate, showing crisp freshness, gripping and straight lines with a subtle saline finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with an aperitif, but also with fish dishes and seafood, such as a “bouillabaisse” with classic “rouille sauce”, or with glassy fried prawns with fennel flowers, slightly smoked sea salt and yuzu oil.
