Tasting note
Intense and bright cherry pink. Fresh and fragrant, with notes of cherries, strawberries, raspberries and rose petals. It creates accents of pomegranate and light floral nuances, which give it complexity and refinement. Delicate and harmonious, with a lively freshness that perfectly balances the softness of the fruit. The palate is caressed by aromas of red fruits, in particular raspberry and cherry, with a slightly savory note that ensures sustainability and tempts you to sip.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect for raw fish-based appetizers, seafood first courses, risottos with shellfish and cream cheese. It also goes great with chicken salads, grilled vegetable dishes and Mediterranean tomato dishes.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested manually and subjected to a brief maceration to extract the finest colors and aromas. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature to preserve freshness and fragrance. The wine ages in steel tanks for a few months to highlight the varietal characteristics.
