About the wine
The aroma is dominated by cinnamon and plums, as well as by the present barrique. Balanced and with a nice structure, almost no tannins noticeable. Attention, very seductive!

Intense and elegant ruby red color. The bouquet has an enchanting start with notes of ripe fruit, raspberries and blueberries, followed by licorice and a fascinating spiciness of aromatic herbs. The structure develops in a wonderfully harmonious way. The taste is characterized by its typical balanced tannins and a surprising richness, spiciness and persistence.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with meat starters, games, BBQs and medium-seasoned cheeses.
Vinification
Harvesting and winemaking: By hand in boxes, from the beginning of October. The healthy, ripe grapes are pressed in small containers at a uniform and controlled temperature. Soak on the shells for more than a month using local yeast. Maceration in stainless steel tanks. Ageing: Four months in steel tanks, then six months in medium roasted French and American oak barriques. and American oak barrels
