Tasting note
Pale yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, Fiano impresses with aromas of white peaches, honeysuckle and orange blossoms. There are also hints of hazelnuts and vanilla On the palate, the wine is refined, fresh, mineral and pleasantly persistent.

Enjoy this versatile accompaniment to risotto, seafood or poultry ragout with Mediterranean herbs.
Vinification
The wine undergoes careful processing, starting with the gentle pressing of the grapes. The must is cooled in stainless steel tanks for clarification and then fermented at a controlled temperature. Some of the wine is transferred to 500-liter French oak barrels, where fermentation is completed and aging continues on the lees. After bottling, the wine ages in the bottle for a few months.
