The Ferrari Rosé Trentodoc is an elegant sparkling wine from the Italian region of Trentino, produced according to the traditional Metodo Classico. It impresses with its fine perlage and the harmonious combination of freshness and structure.

Tasting note
In the glass, the Ferrari rosé is a delicate old pink with fine, persistent perlage. The bouquet is lively with aromas of hawthorn, currants and wild strawberries. Dry and elegant on the palate, with a mild, long finish and a touch of sweet almonds and moss.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal as an aperitif, it goes great with seafood, sushi, light appetizers and fresh salads. It is also a perfect accompaniment to goat cheese and mild cheeses.
Vinification
The hand-picked grapes are gently pressed and the must is fermented. This is followed by the second fermentation in the bottle (Metodo Classico) with a maturation period of at least 24 months on the yeast.
