About the wine
Very fresh and with excellent taste, the “Fausto”, dedicated to the greatest cyclist of all time, is the jewel in the crown of Vigne Marina Coppi production. The alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 15°C, and the wine is then aged without malolactic fermentation, first in steel tanks for 10 months and then in the bottle for a further 10 months. A first-class product that, with its Mediterranean notes, is an excellent companion for hot summer days.

Tasting note
Brilliant straw yellow with golden reflections. The densely woven bouquet is incredibly complex and combines clear fruit notes (pear, peach) with mineral components such as flint and petrol. Powerful on the palate, concentrated, but the present acidity absorbs this lushness very well, the wine remains extremely elegant and “drinky” despite all its strength. A powerful white wine with an impressively long-lasting finish and aftertaste.
