About the wine
The history of the Fiano grape variety in the Apulia region dates back 8 centuries, when Frederick II asked for more Fiano wine during a feast. It produces white wines that are structured, complex and suitable for storage. With more than half a century of experience, we have found the right balance for this grape variety in the vineyard; in the winery, we used gentle pressing and plenty of cold to highlight the characteristic features of Fiano and preserve the delicate citrus and floral notes.

Tasting note
Straw yellow color; the nose is complex and develops positively over time. It shows notes of white flowers, apple, fennel, mint, lime, almond, acacia, and honey. On the palate, it is fresh and tasty.
