Sunny landscapes in Galicia give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Spanish winery Telmo Rodriguez conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Tasting note
Very expressive bouquet with a red-fruit pattern and herbal and floral accents. Sour cherries, strawberries, cranberries and roses and violets, as well as nettles and green tea. On the palate, it is both dense and playful. Great, concentrated fruit, juicy acidity and round tannin. The aftertaste is long and juicy
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aged cheese, charcuterie, duck.
Vinification
All grapes are harvested by hand and only the best grapes are processed through careful selection. The red grapes are destemmed and the white grapes are added with styles. The fermentation takes place in 3000 liters of wood stands, after which the wine is aged for 14 months in 2000 liters of foudres.
