About the wine
Wonderful and picturesque landscapes in Campania give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Mastroberardino conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. With the fine Falanghina Sannio DOC, which was produced in 2016, you will definitely have a lot of fun.

Tasting note
Light yellow with greenish reflections; elegant, delicate bouquet with aromas of ripe citrus fruits, pears, white flowers and exotic components. It is accompanied by a touch of blossom honey. Dry on the palate, with refreshing and well-integrated acidity. Citrus fruit aromas, ripe pome fruit and some honey are noticeable in the fairly long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with an aperitif, but also with saltwater fish.
Vinification
The white Falanghina variety is probably of Greek origin. After careful harvesting by hand, the must is fermented and aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. After bottling, the wine is left to rest on the bottle for some time before it goes on sale.
