About the wine

The term “Evoé! “comes from Greek mythology and is regarded as the call of the Maenades, the female disciple of Dionysus. According to literature, the Greek god of wine liked to send this “boozing and rowdy” troupe into the cities ahead in order to shake their morale before he arrived. This is therefore the appropriate name for the “immoral”, drinkable wines! Evoè is made from Passerina grapes, very old local vines from the Marche region. Elegant and very balanced wine of straw yellow color with delicate golden reflections.
