Tasting note
Yellow straw yellow. Paprika and green apple aromas. Sparkling and refreshing on the palate with a citrus and sparkling granadilla note on the finish. Uncomplex and lightweight.
Culinary recommendation
This Sauvignon Blanc is ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to light dishes. It goes particularly well with goat cheese, fresh salads, grilled fish or seafood. It is also an excellent choice for vegetarian dishes with fresh herbs.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation was temperature-controlled in stainless steel tanks at 15—16 °C to preserve the fresh fruit aromas. The wine then aged on fine lees for several months, giving it additional texture and complexity.
