About the wine
You will definitely have a lot of fun with the delicious Estaladiña, which was produced in 2020. The wine-growing regions of the Spanish winery Mengoba stretch across the landscapes where the experienced winemaker produces this red wine.

Tasting note
Very expressive nose you are literally jumped by the fruity character of this wine. It shines with notes of cherries, red currants and raspberries, complemented by floral and herbal notes. In the mouth, it convinces with a velvety start and full body, perfectly balanced by the crisp acidity that makes the wine appear lighter. The tannin structure is fine and perfectly integrated. The finish reverberates for a long time. A great wine made using very traditional methods. A real rarity made from the almost forgotten Estaladiña grape.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with vegetarian dishes, charcuterie, grilled food, cheese.
Vinification
Hand harvesting and careful selection. 100% whole grape fermentation in 400 liter clay amphorae. This is followed by a ten-month maturation in the same amphorae.
