About the wine
Enric Soler is actually a sommelier and owns one of the most reputable sommelier schools in Barcelona. With the inheritance of the very old Xarel-lo vines in Alt Penedès from his grandfather, his career as a winemaker also began. Since then, with the support of the busy oenologist Ester Nin, he has produced only a few thousand bottles there. From the outset, it was clear that the great potential of expressive Xarel-lo should also be exploited on barren soils. The vineyard and cellar are therefore worked with great care and, above all, with the hands. Since 2005, the small vineyard at Torrelavit has been cultivated biodynamically.
