Tasting note
Brilliant golden yellow. Nice floral scent with aromas of Mediterranean white fruit almonds and vanilla. Rich body, round and creamy, very harmonious. Fine oak seasoning that subtly enriches the palate. Long lasting A creamy white wine that is present on the palate for a long time.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with many dishes that are very aromatic: Asian cuisine wild fowl veal with light sauce
Vinification
The grapes are picked and sorted by hand. The maceration of the mash is determined individually according to the degree of ripeness of the grapes in order to extract the bouquet substances. Slow fermentation with specially selected yeasts. The strong base wines are aged for 16 months in French oak barrels.
