About the wine
The Epistem wines from Atlan & Artisan come from their certified organic vineyards in Jumilla at 850 meters above sea level. The Espernalas “Clos” vineyard covers over 90 hectares and is known for its unique terroir with Monastrell Pie Franco and old Bobal vines. Panduro, a north-facing vineyard on the edge of the forest, produces fresh, silky Monastrell wines. They rely on minimal intervention and allow the wines to authentically reflect their terroir.

Vinification
Selective harvest by hand, fermentation in steel tanks followed by ageing for 20 months in 500L French wooden barrels.
