About the wine
The Bovard family cultivates 16 hectares of vines and has set itself the task of highlighting the originality and typicality of the great wines from Vaud. Your vineyard was planted by Cistercian monks in the 12th century. The Chasselas finds expressiveness here like almost nowhere else, with the “Médinette” being the best example of this. Louis Bovard's wines are now widely recognized even on the international stage. He is also known as the father of Chasselas.

Tasting note
Bright yellow. Subtle fruit (apple, citrus), honey aromas, with slight mineral notes. Powerful body with soft fullness. Fine acidity, very nice, balanced wine.
Culinary recommendation
As an accompaniment to Egli meunière or Egli with almonds, to a Vaudois fondue or as an aperitif wine.
Vinification
The grapes come from the best vineyards in Epesses and are aged in steel tanks.
