Tasting note
The wine has a pale yellow colour with greenish reflections. On the nose, notes of citrus fruits, linden blossoms and quince develop, accompanied by a touch of fresh bread. On the palate, it is lively and sparkling, with a fine acidity and a touch of lime, which gives it an invigorating freshness. A delicate yeast tone rounds off the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with soft cheeses, mushroom dishes, pasta and poultry.
