Tasting note
A rosé d'assemblage is composed of 50% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 20% Meunier. (The red wine content is 3%). The basis of 60% is the 2022 vintage, supplemented with reserve wines from the previous three years. A wonderfully fresh rosé that, in addition to aromas of red berries and sour cherries, also shows lots of citric notes. On the palate, too, it shows a crisp, juicy fruity freshness and a subtle, fine mineral salt touch in the finale.
Culinary recommendation
With its freshness, it goes wonderfully with an aperitif and is also an excellent accompaniment to small appetizers, such as salmon tartare with lime zest and chervil, with grilled watermelon with raw ham, or with marinated pumpkin with tahini sauce.
