About the wine
Bodegas Jiménez-Landi was founded in 1963 and is one of the most renowned wineries in D.O. Metrida, located around an hour's drive southwest of Madrid. The winery has earned a good reputation by advocating terroir-driven, old Garnachas that radiate freshness and concentration. Jiménez-Landi cultivates several mini plots with vines up to 70 years old on 15 hectares using biodynamic methods. The terroir is cool, the reactivated old vineyards are located at extreme altitudes. In addition to Garnacha, a little Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon are also grown. A true top company from basic to top wine.

Tasting note
Ruby red color. On the nose, aromas of ripe red fruits, blueberries and ripe plums, along with subtle notes of spices, violets and tobacco. On the palate, El Corralón is intense, powerful and with a lot of body.
Culinary recommendation
